Return Policy

At Monroe Toronto, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

• You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

• Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

• Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

• Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Request your return by contacting info@monroetoronto.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

3. You are responsible for returning the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
